Water is a reflection of the divine feminine, it connects us and brings us back to our source. From water we are born, and like women, water shape shifts and contours itself around the obstacles affecting it. While water cannot control what shifts it, it gracefully and powerfully moves along, ebbing and flowing through the world, redefining and configuring itself & everything in it’s path.
No two sessions will ever be the same underwater. Three elements: water, light & you come together gracefully to create a one of a kind fine art portrait. Your body and your spirit will be the highlight of these portraits, wether you want do a boudoir style session or play with fun fabrics and textures, I am excited to be a part of the creation of your enchanting fine art piece.

Pool Portraits
Underwater portraits in a pool are perfect for someone who wants a bright, clean backdrop. A pool offers a controlled environment where you can see around you, offers clear visibility and is easier to get in and out of. Maternity portraits are preferred in poo, with flowing gowns and colors/textures. We can use your pool, or I have access to a pool we can use that is heated.

Natural Spring Portraits
I have a large natural fed spring on my property in Seminole Heights that is definitely a one of a kind experience. The water is always 72 degrees, and there are little fishies that may want to nibble on your toes. The spring offers a more ethereal environment and the background plays an important role in creating a fairytale-like portrait.
What to expect for your photoshoot

First we have a phone call to discuss what you are looking for! We go over the ins and outs of shooting underwater, decide between the pool and spring, and what to expect at the shoot.

Your photoshoot will last around 1 -1.5 hours. We start out going over poses, discussing holding your breath, how to move and answer any questions you have until you are ready to jump on in!
Every shoot is unique, and depending on where we are and your desired outcome we will play around with lots of poses and any clothes/props we brought along.
If we are at my spring, there is an indoor shower in my studio you may use to rinse off, otherside bring some dry clothes and a towel to change into. -
About 2 weeks after your session, you will receive approximately 15 images fully edited and in high resolution. Your package includes a print credit, I can help you choose the perfect print size and location in your home to showcase the most amazing work of art - you!
